PRICES ARE PER APARTMENT/SMALL VILLA PER WEEK.
Cutlery and china, electricity, gas water, shuttle to and from the nearest bech, car park, VAT and taxes, recreation equipping.

DISCOUNTS (not combinable) :
- 15%DISCOUNT to three weeks stay in A and B period. .
- 10%DISCOUNT to period of two weeks stay.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE :
LINEN(ON REQUEST):bed linen € 7,00 per person per change (it has to be chaged weekly); towels € 6,00 per change
FINAL CLEANING: to roomer for two persons €32,00; three roomer for 3 and 4 persons € 38,00 three roomer for 6 people € 44,00.
EXTRA CAR: € 5,00 per day (but three roomer for 6 people)
TV (on request only for apartments): € 28,00 per week.
BEACH SERVICES: fee-paying private beach.
CLUB CARD INCLUDES: playng park, ping pong, outdoor cinema, TV areas, mini-golf, use of tennis field during daytime and bowls. From 27/06 to 29/08 animation everyday and two hours of mini club per day. Adults € 26,00 (13/65 years) children € 13,00 (3/12 years)

BOOKING: to confirm the booking a deposit of 25% of the total amount should be sent.

RENUNCIATIONS:
In case of renunciation the reservation will be cancelled. The refund of 50% of the caution money will only occur for deposits made within 30 days before the beginning of the stay. In case of interruption of the stay no reimbursement will be carried out.
In case of delayed arrival without any notice through Fax or phone the Direction will have right to rent the apartment(s) without any obligation to reimburse the deposit.
The whole payment will be made at the beginning of your stay.

STAY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (IN 5pm OUT 10am)
Minimum stay one week. For long weekend and holyday minimum three nights.
La settimana dall’ 8-08 al 15-08 e la settimana dal 15-08 al 22-08 devono essere abbinate alla precedente o alla successiva.

CAUTION MONEY:
An amount of 80.00 Euro for apartment is requested in order to cover eventual damages to the apartment equipments. The money will be given back at the end of your stay. Eventual deductions in case of damages or for the objects lacking will be withhold.
