PRICES ARE INTENDED PER APARTMENT/SMALL VILLA PER  WEEK AND THEY INCLUDE:
Cutlery and cookware; consumption of electricity, water and gas; free minibus service to and from the nearby beach, car park,
VAT and taxes, recreational equipments.

DISCOUNTS (not combinable) :
-15% DISCOUNT for three weeks’ stay in A, B, C, D period.
-10% DISCOUNT for a stay of two weeks confirm until 31/03/2012 (exception for period E/F).

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE :
LINEN (On request): cost of bed linen is € 7,00 per person per change (weekly change is required);
towels cost € 6,00 per change.
FINAL CLEANING: (cost depends upon Apartment type): TYPE A = € 35.00; TYPE B - TYPE C = € 42.00; TYPE D = € 49.00.
SECOND CAR: € 7,00 per day (except for type D).
TV (on request): € 28,00 per week.                                                                              
BEACH SERVICE: to be payed at nearby beach.

CLUB CARD INCLUDES: use of children's playground, ping pong, pool, outdoor cinema, TV areas, daytime use of tennis and bowling. From 01/07 to 01/09 the card includes daytime and evening entertainment and two hours of mini - club per day.
Weekly cost of club card is € 30.00 for Adults (13/65 years) and € 15.00 for children (3 / 12 years).

BOOKING: The reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay.

The week from 11/08 to 18/08 should be combined to the previous or next.

TOURISTS TAX: € 0.80 per person per day for up to 10 days of stay, with the exclusion of disabled and older than 14 years

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of renunciation the reservation will be cancelled. The refund of 50% of the deposit will only occur for deposits sent prior to 30 days before the beginning of the stay. In case of interruption of the stay no refund will be possible. In case of delayed arrival without any notice through Fax or phone the reservation will remain valid until 4 pm of the day following the date indicated for the arrival. The whole payment will be made upon arrival by check or cash.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
An amount of 100.00 Euro for apartment/smart villa is requested in order to cover eventual damages to residence’s equipments. The money will be returned at the end of your stay. The Direction reserves the right to make eventual deductions in case of damages or to cover missing items.
